Check Point Takes Small and Medium Business Security to a New Level

New UTM-1 Edge and Safe@Office appliances deliver faster security and better connectivity

Singapore, June 4, 2010 - Check Point® Software Technologies Ltd. (Nasdaq: CHKP), the worldwide leader in securing the Internet, today announced new UTM-1 Edge N and Safe@Office N appliances delivering gigabit firewall performance starting at just US$750. In an easy to deploy desktop solution designed to meet the needs of small and medium businesses and branch offices, the unified threat management appliances deliver enterprise-class security, including firewall, Intrusion Prevention (IPS), anti-virus, anti-spam, web filtering and remote access connectivity.

The new UTM-1 Edge N and Safe@Office N appliances are based on the same Check Point technologies that secure 100 percent of the Fortune 100.
